As your residents age, their healthcare needs change. This may call for changes in their medications. Our providers can prescribe the needed medications and therapies required to manage and improve your residents’ health. Our providers also monitor doses and interactions to avoid any potential side effects and ensure optimal benefits.
The state of Washington has strict regulations for prescribing controlled medications, which can limit the provider’s ability to refill earlier than the expected time. Please request refills through the pharmacy a minimum of 72 hours prior to the last dose, though at least 7 days is preferred.
The provider may refill life-sustaining standard medications, such as blood pressure medications. The decision to refill is up to the individual provider. Controlled medications will not be refilled prior to the first visit.
For non-urgent medication questions: FAX to (206) 694-2291.
For urgent medication questions: CALL Crown Health at (888) 674-5871.
For Refills: Contact Pharmacy directly to request refills.
For Narcotics: Please allow for 72-hour (3 days) turnaround time.
Pharmacy Changes: FAX Crown Health with updated information. The pharmacy will not be changed in the patient’s chart unless we get the request in writing.
